ARS TECHNOLOGIES believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within Not Applicable of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the shipping process.
ARS TECHNOLOGIES does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, refund or replacement may be issued if the customer establishes that the delivered item quality is unsatisfactory.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report it to our Customer Service team. The request will be processed once the merchant verifies the issue. This should be reported within Not Applicable of receiving the product.
If the product received is not as shown on the site or does not meet expectations, you must notify the Customer Service team within Not Applicable of receipt. A suitable resolution will be provided after evaluation.
For products covered under manufacturer warranty, please raise the complaint directly with the manufacturer.
Once approved by ARS TECHNOLOGIES, refunds will take Not Applicable to be processed to the customer.
