Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made promptly after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the shipping process.
To request a cancellation, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible after placing your order. Early requests have a higher chance of being accepted.
Perishable Items
ARS Technologies does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, a refund or replacement may be issued if the customer establishes that the quality of the delivered item is unsatisfactory.
Damaged or Defective Products
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our Customer Service team. The request will be entertained once the merchant has verified the product and confirmed the issue at their end.
Damaged or defective items must be reported to our Customer Service team promptly after receiving the product for the claim to be considered.
Product Not as Expected
If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our Customer Service team promptly after receiving the product. The Customer Service Team, after looking into your complaint, will take an appropriate decision.
Manufacturer Warranty
In case of complaints regarding products that come with a manufacturer's warranty, please refer the issue to the manufacturer directly. ARS Technologies will assist in facilitating communication where possible, but warranty resolution rests with the manufacturer.
Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved by ARS Technologies, it will be processed back to the original payment method. Processing timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refund timelines depend on your bank or payment processor and are outside of ARS Technologies' control once the refund has been initiated from our end.
